Justin Aaron, MSN, CPNP-PC
Choosing the right pediatric provider is a big deal—and as a parent, you want someone who’s not only clinically sharp but also genuinely kind, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. That’s where Justin Aaron comes in.
Justin is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of hands-on experience in healthcare. He’s worn many hats in his career—from paramedic and SWAT medic to pediatric emergency nurse—and each role has shaped his calm, confident, and compassionate approach to care. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with highest honors.
What really sets Justin apart? His ability to connect with kids and put families at ease. Justin’s approachable style helps build trust from the very first visit. He believes in open, honest communication and prioritizes long-term relationships with the families he serves. As a dad himself, he truly gets how much trust matters when it comes to your child’s health.
Justin is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) and Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP), and he stays current with the latest in pediatric care through ongoing education and evidence-based practice.
When he’s not in the clinic, you can find him trail running, mountain biking, snowboarding, or enjoying time outdoors with his wife and two children.
