Pediatrician Telehealth and 24/7 access to care
At 411 Pediatrics, we strive to make your child’s medical home accessible when you need us. That’s why we offer same day appointments, Saturday office hours, and direct access with your pediatrician via our patient portal.
And now, we are excited to introduce unlimited 24/7 virtual access and telehealth services! We want your child’s healthcare to stay in your medical home, where we know your family and you know us! No more running to urgent care or an ER when the office is closed.
Beginning August 3, 2026, we will offer telehealth services with board-certified pediatricians from 5pm until midnight on weekdays, from 1pm to 10pm Saturdays (after in-person office hours from 9am-1pm), from 12pm to 10pm Sundays, and from 12pm to midnight on national holidays. We have partnered with Hello Pediatrics in an exclusive collaboration for our 411 patients which ensures seamless coordination of care and follow up.
How does it work?
- Call our office number 512-327-0411 and press 5 for after hours.
- Board-certified pediatricians handle calls during telehealth hours. Telehealth services are available based on the situation or if a family requests it.
- Pediatric triage nurses field calls after 10pm on weekends or midnight on weeknights until the office re-opens.
- All after hours phone encounters incur a $30 admin fee through 411 Pediatrics.
- Hello Pediatrics submits claims to your insurance for telehealth visits. Hello Pediatrics will need your insurance and payment information when services are rendered.
- 411 Pediatrics providers are on-call 24/7 for consultation, should the need arise.
